Our role
We managed the tender process for the international distribution of media rights for the European Rugby Champions Cup and Challenge Cup, resulting in the appointment of a global agency as well as a ground-breaking deal with NBC Sports in the USA.
Our work
- Advising on the structure and decision-making process for the tender;
- Drafting ITT documentation;
- Drafting and negotiating media rights agreements with all bidding agencies and broadcasters across a number of regions and territories; and
- Assisting with the evaluation and ultimate appointments.
